Welcome Home! Belmark is seeking individuals to join our team at our Flexible Packaging plant in De Pere, WI. You may be wondering - what do we do here at Belmark? Well, we create many of the labels, cartons, and flexible film we as consumers see daily when shopping for various items. In this role, you will be responsible for operating our top of the line packaging equipment to help provide customers with the best packaging solutions for their product. Schedule:

3rd shift hours are from 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. on Sunday; 12:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday

Pay:

$20.25 - $24.00 per Hour
The shift differential for 3rd shift is $2.00 more per hour.

What will I do in this role?

Attention to detail and ensure quality attributes are met during the production run.
Packing pouches per the customer pack configuration.
Perform quality checks and making machine adjustment as necessary.
Issue raw materials and final case/pallet count paperwork.
Staging raw materials.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school.
Knowledge of the ability to effectively utilize the English language.
Regular attendance is required. May be required to work some overtime.
Requires nearly constant concentration and attention to detail.
Must be able to use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers.
Ability to see clearly at 20 inches or less; identify and distinguish colors; see and identify moving images for color or registration.
Ability to use hands and feet to operate machines for 100% of work time; stoop, kneel or crouch for 15% of work time, or walk for 10% of work time.
Ability to lift 25 pounds or less 20% of work time; 50 pounds or less 50% of work time; 75 pounds or less 20% of work time.
May be required to lift up to 100 pounds or more.
