Machine Operator - PM Shift (3 days on, 4 days off), Plant 5

You may be wondering - what do we do here at Belmark? Well, we create many of the labels, cartons, and flexible film we as consumers see daily when shopping for various items. In this role, you will be responsible for operating our top of the line packaging equipment to help provide customers with the best packaging solutions for their product. Schedule:

12-hour shift, 3:00pM - 3:00AM, 3 days on, 4 days off (consecutive) - NO SWING
Work 36 hours BUT GET PAID for 40 hours! - that's like earning an extra $2 per hour for what you actually work!
$23 - $25
Overtime after 36 hours. Double overtime after 44 hours!

*The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed.

What will I do in this role?

Attention to detail and ensure quality attributes are met during the production run.
Packing pouches per the customer pack configuration.
Perform quality checks and making machine adjustment as necessary.
Issue raw materials and final case/pallet count paperwork.
Staging raw materials.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Regular attendance is required. May be required to work some overtime.
Requires nearly constant concentration and attention to detail.
Must be able to use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers.
Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow both written and oral English communication.
