Work Hours: 4:00pm - 4:00am; 3 days on, 4 days off (working consecutive days, no swing shift)

Pay Rate: starting from $23.75/hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential

What you’ll do:

• Set up, fine-tune, and run high-performance sheet-fed die cutting machines to keep production moving at top speed.
• Execute precise, efficient make-ready setups for flawless production runs that will help champion exceptional quality, strong productivity, and smart waste-reduction practices.
• Tackle production challenges head-on with sharp problem-solving skills and quick decision-making.
• Keep die tooling inventory streamlined, organized, and always in peak condition to minimize downtime.
• Create a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace that supports smooth operations.
• Collaborate with teammates across the folding cartons plant to keep workflows running strong
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and food safety requirements with consistency and care.
• Play a key role in helping the Folding Carton business unit hit—and exceed—production goals.
• Jump in with flexibility and support additional tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

1. Ability to effectively?utilize?(writing, speaking, reading) the English language.?
2. Regular attendance, basic computer skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
3. Ability to read,?comprehend?and follow simple written and oral instructions; add, subtract multiply and divide whole numbers,?decimals?and fractions; and accurately?measure using?both standard and metric measurement systems.?
4. Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school.?
5. This role requires the ability to stand and walk for?80% of work?time; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for?20% of work time, see clearly at 20 inches or less, identify and distinguish colors, and use hands for 100% of work time.
